Cabinet des Berges is a psychological counseling center open to anyone wishing to draw on their own resources to successfully face the challenges of everyday life.

The team includes psychotherapists, psychologists, counselling practitioners and a psychiatrist. All work within the framework of the Person-Centered Approach (PCA) developed by Carl R. Rogers, or are familiar with it. Rogers, or are familiar with this approach.

The Person-Centered Approach (PCA) is part of one of the major currents of modern psychology, humanistic psychology, and has been widely validated by numerous scientific studies. It postulates that, with the right help, every person has the inner resources to cope with any difficulties they may encounter.

All Cabinet des Berges therapists are trained in the Person-Centered Approach (PCA), or are familiar with this approach and members of the Swiss Society for Person-Centered Approach and Psychotherapy (pca.acp) or umbrella associations such as the FSP or FMH. As such, they are committed to respecting the code of ethics of these professional associations.
