Based on your previous experiences, I accompany you in your further sexual development. Sexuality is a dynamic and ongoing learning process. In sexual counseling/therapy I encourage you, desirable woman, to take a closer look at this area and understand the connections to your sexual life. In this journey, the vagina plays a central role. It lies deeply hidden inside us and is truly a magical part of the body.

For very few women, the vagina is a place of sexual desire and intrinsic feminine power. Most women who seek my advice have done little to no exploration of their vagina themselves. The lack of interest or desire in self-exploration has its reason. This is based on one's own life experience and affects one's overall self-perception. For some, it is a space fraught with anxiety, suffering and physical pain. Be it through traumatic experiences, be it through (chronic) complaints and diseases, be it through lack of libido, pain during sexual intercourse up to vaginismus.

For a healthy, autonomous and pleasurable sexual life it is essential to know one's own sex. In my work as a clinical sexologist in Zurich, I meet healthy women who want to consciously deal with their own sexuality and the limitations associated with it.

In my practice for sex therapy in Zurich I also work with men and couples, but with my vagina and me I wanted to emphasize the valuable role of the vagina for our pleasurable sexuality.
