About Queens Ranch Academy

Idyllically perched on the edge of the forest above the beautiful village of Stein, QueensRanchAcademy AG overlooks the southernmost part of the Black Forest.

The QueensRanchAcademy buildings have been owned by Kathrin Renée Schüpbach-Schäfer for 16 years. The facility was brought back to life in 2003 - 2004 with a lot of creativity and great passion. With the further renovations of the lounge and seminar room in winter 2011 and spring 2013, we have succeeded in creating an ideal infrastructure and training facility for man and horse.

The outdoor stables for the 13 seminar horses have been modernized in a manner appropriate to the species: plenty of light and air provide a pleasant climate. Our spacious stables also offer the possibility to accommodate guest horses - best ask us.

The large indoor riding arena makes it possible to work with people and horses all year round, in any weather and at any time of day. The lounge and the large seminar room as well as the front garden offer the ideal setting for our coachings, company seminars and team trainings. Our kitchen is well equipped for on-site catering, so you can enjoy your lunch with a direct view of the indoor arena. During breaks, these areas invite you to exciting conversations and cozy get-togethers.

The infrastructure of the Academy is state-of-the-art. Our students have access to a beamer, large screen with guest WLAN, laptop, flip chart, screens and pin boards. In the work with the horses we offer a wide range of equipment and aids - let us surprise you.

If you don't want to drive home overnight, you can find inexpensive overnight accommodations in the region. We are happy to help you with the organization.

Philosophy, thoughts & guiding principles

Already with our slogan "Training differently " we want to set a sign. Education should be made experiencable and above all tangible. It should be connected with emotions, because only this is the guarantor that people can use and implement what they have learned in their everyday life. We guarantee this by including the horses, no matter what the offer is.

Humans and animals are in the center of our attention. We want to touch, connect, encourage, challenge and teach. Economy and humanity should be combined and so we want to lead by example.

Our stable management is also lived accordingly. We give the horses the best that is possible in captivity. In our modern group housing, horses can decide for themselves where they want to be. They have enough space. Inside as well as outside. We deal with disturbances just as situationally as we do with our employees and customers and look for solutions as quickly as possible.

A degree from a QueensRanchAcademy training or continuing education program is considered by companies to be a seal of quality for social and leadership competence. Graduates of our training courses are given preferential treatment in job advertisements.

Our guiding principle "Integration differently

We, as a partner of the IV offices, are an integration center that is "different". (Re-)integration into the labor market is our first priority, and yet we are not a "normal" company.
