My work is about helping your thinking, feeling and acting to come into a harmonious flow (coherence) and to restore health and balance to your physical body. I understand becoming whole as a process of consciousness. Diseases¸ dysfunctions or malaise always have an origin in a communication disturbance between body, mind and soul. True healing only happens through harmonizing and restoring the holistic balance.

In order to regain holistic health, I consciously work on the following levels.

• Body / Physical: activate energy flow / restore spinal & pelvic mobility / nutrition / transform genetic programs.
