Jungian analytic psychology

Founded by Carl Gustav Jung it's a psychotherapy method that's beneficial for both brief therapies (episode-complex work) and longer ones (Jungian analysis). The analytic process aims to consolidate the personality and gradually confront the contents of the unconscious, both personal and collective.
In addition to face-to-face dialogue, various methods are used, in particular dream interpretation, symbol work, active imagination and sand play.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique that focuses on bodily perception. The hypnotherapist's job is to guide, channel and focus the person's attention on his or her perceptions, to bring out resources and solutions. This method is indicated for the treatment of pain, various psychosomatic conditions, and psychological problems such as phobias, anxiety, pain, sleep problems, addictions, etc.

Sand Game

Founded by Dora Kalff, this method activates the imagination while involving the body. Also highly beneficial in adult psychotherapy, sand modelling and the use of figurines work on our bodily memories and address both psychic and psychosomatic issues. As Jung says, "Hands often know how to decipher an enigma with which the intellect struggles in vain".
