My individual psychology consultations are life consultations with a comprehensive range of topics. Come to me if you feel uncomfortable or need help with decisions. I am happy to help you bring more clarity into your life and support you in your next steps. It can be e.g. personal issues such as crises and questions of meaning. But also problems in your partnership that need attention. Or even physical complaints that cannot be explained medically. Or maybe you just want to treat yourself to something good to increase your quality of life. No matter what is bothering you, it is always worth taking a closer look.

Together we will get to the bottom of such topics by also taking a closer look at your childhood and perhaps also see which topics from back then are also reflected in your current life. Most of the time these issues show up again today because they want to be solved now. We are happy to go on a search together and see which theme is actually hidden behind your problem.

In order to resolve such painful experiences, it often simply takes becoming aware of the original obstacle. Then we can decide what you could do differently from now on to bring you more relief. Your patterns of action will be expanded in this way and also give you much more choice in what you do and how you do it.
