The ist-institut has set itself the following goals:

Trauma work

• To promote awareness that traumatic experiences are part of life and that stress reactions of the organism are a psycho-biological response to an overwhelming experience.
• Trauma work with individuals
• Treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder following accidents or other traumatic experiences
• Treatment of traumatic stress from childhood

• Traumatic experiences can be effectively treated in usually a few sessions in such a way that clients no longer feel fear and stress when they think of the traumatic experience

Psychological counseling

The intensive study of neurobiology and plasticity of the brain have had a decisive influence on my counseling work. Also my continuous further education since the year 2000 in Energetic Psychology. Often it is not enough to "only" talk about blockages or "emotional patterns" that run over and over again in exactly the same way. It needs an additional decoupling in the limbic system and a reprogramming in the brain, so that people can implement what they want.
