Practice for addiction recovery and psychotherapy I am a trained psychotherapist and have been working in my own practice for addiction recovery and psychotherapy in Zurich since 1988. After various trainings in the field of psychotherapy and after more than 30 years of professional experience I have come to the conclusion: Psychotherapy does not exist. Each patient has had different experiences in life, has specific problems or disorders and there are not two similar problems or stories of suffering.

Accordingly, it is important to work out an individual therapy path or therapy goal with each patient and, depending on the needs, problems and also wishes or needs of the patients, to work out and also follow their own therapy plan. This, depending more in the area of conversation or also often in other dimensions of bodywork, trance, the subconscious also in the form of dreams and nightmares to open up new dimensions to revive blocked, hardened situations.
