Flexible settings and individual duration:

Therapy and workshops are offered for adults and young people aged 15 and over in individual, couple or group settings. On average, 10 to 20 sessions are sufficient, depending on your individual goals and symptoms.

Initial consultation:

In the initial consultation, we discuss your goals, the therapy assignment, the appropriate method and the estimated duration of treatment. If you wish, your family doctor can be involved in the therapy process.
