Welcome to my website! I am pleased that you are interested in my counseling and therapy services. On the background of the systemic therapy approach I work with individuals, children and adolescents, parents, couples as well as with families.

The goal of my work is to analyze the problem with you and to work out new solutions together. By activating your own abilities, blocked development processes can be set in motion again.

Psychology Counseling: You do not need long-term therapy, but would like to discuss a stressful situation with an outside expert or simply get a professional external opinion. With the aim of determining where you stand, we discuss the problematic issues and jointly evaluate the efforts already made to find solutions. We can also look together for possibilities of new solutions.

Psychotherapy: The goal of psychotherapeutic work is to support people in dealing with themselves and in dealing with others (privately, professionally). Blocked development processes are set in motion again by activating and strengthening one's own possibilities (competencies) and resources. Thanks to psychotherapeutic work, life contexts can become increasingly clearer, more conscious and thus more manageable.

Offers for parents and families: As a systemic family therapist, I offer external support when they are struggling in their family relationships, are in a 'dead end' or in a crisis. There are different forms of support for parents and families: The goal is always to analyze the problem and to initiate new steps towards a solution.

Offerings for couples: as a certified couples therapist, I offer external support when they are struggling, at an 'impasse' or in crisis in their relationship. There are many forms of couples therapy, the goal is always the same: Learning to better understand your partner.

In couples sessions we focus on the couple's difficulties and together we look for new ways to solve them.
