I am here for you, making sure the sails are set properly to best navigate you through our legal system.

As a self-employed lawyer and mediator, I have been supporting clients in an advisory capacity as well as litigating in court for around 20 years.

My office is located in Rüti ZH in the district of Hinwil in the Zurich Oberland. I am active in the whole canton of Zurich as well as in the canton of St. Gallen. My clients come from e.g. Rüti ZH, Wald, Wetzikon, Hombrechtikon, Bubikon, Gossau, Hinwil, Eschenbach, Rapperswil, Zurich, etc.

Fee

My fee is CHF 250.00 plus VAT per hour and expenses. There is the possibility of a discounted initial consultation of about one hour to get to know each other and to clarify the need for legal advice, please contact me.
I usually agree with clients on a payment on account. The final invoice is usually issued after the completion of the assignment. In cases of longer duration, partial invoices are issued.

Legal services free of charge

If you do not have sufficient financial means to pay for a legal representative and the costs of the legal proceedings, I can apply to the competent court for the free administration of justice. If necessary, the costs of the proceedings and the legal representative will then be paid from the court's treasury for the time being.

Legal expenses insurance

Do you have legal protection insurance?
I cooperate with all legal protection insurances. According to the new recommendations of the Joint Commission RSV SAV/SVV I ask you to study the leaflet with recommendations before the first contact.

It is the duty of the insured to report the case to his legal protection insurance. The latter will check whether and to what extent coverage exists. It also decides whether to have the case handled internally by its own lawyers or by external lawyers. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have and to assist you in registering your case with the legal expenses insurance company and in applying for the reimbursement of costs.
