After 13 years of working in the commercial field and the birth of my daughters, I decided to take a different professional direction. I attended a course in foot reflexology. From the beginning I realized that I wanted to do this activity on a professional level. So I attended further trainings for classical massages and lymphatic drainage as well as I acquired knowledge about medical basics of anathomy. These courses took place in the Bodyfeet center in Thun. I also trained for two years as a Bach flower consultant.

My first practice was in a hotel in Gstaad together with two other women. After 6 years I moved into my own practice in Gstaad. Every year I attended further courses and trainings in the areas of massage and Bach Flower Remedies and was thus able to acquire a broad knowledge.

Another passion of mine are herbs and wild plants. In 2013 I attended the annual course "Herbal Academy" in Hondrich in Aeschi near Spiez. In 2018 I completed the Dipom course for "Therapist Autogenic Training". In 2019 followed courses on "Integrative Coaching".

Since 2019 I have been working with the therapeutic essential oils of doTerra. I am happy to be able to work in my new large and modern practice space from July 2019. Here I have space to offer physical therapy and "conversations at the table".

Thanks to my regular clients, I have been able to establish myself as a masseuse in the region and can already celebrate my 22 years as an independent therapist in December 2019.
