ADHD/ADS counseling for adults

My counseling and coaching services are for adults who suffer from attention deficit disorder. Especially if you lose the overview and problems accumulate, I am at your disposal. But also parents and caregivers who support ADHD/ADS sufferers may need a neutral contact person.

Typical signs of ADHD/ADS symptomatology in adulthood are, for example:

• Attention and concentration difficulties respectively forgetfulness and carelessness;
• Hyperactivity: restlessness and/or inner restlessness, nervousness, excessive talking and interrupting others, not being able to listen, impatience;
• Mood swings and emotional outbursts;
• Decreased resistance to stress and sensitivity to stimuli;
• Disorganization, losing things, problems with administration and finances.
