The Prenatal (Prenatal)

Seminar for lay people

You can take a closer look at your own pregnancy and birth, or that of your children. Was there a complication? Were the circumstances less than ideal? Were you unfortunately not quite ready at the time? On this day we have a lot of time to clarify the whole situation, build understanding and get into a better connection. Another individual session within 3-4 days is urgent.

PGTA= Prenatal and Birth Trauma Training for all other therapists

Since every therapist can only open spaces for his clients that he himself has walked through, this further training is primarily for self-awareness.

Nesting: Basic knowledge about the beginning of life and its application in client work.

Pregnancy: Impact of prenatal diagnostics and other effects on the fetus.

Twin / lost twin: It happens that someone at the beginning of his life had a companion. (Nature arranges lavishly, so that surely one survives) Often there is still a grief to feel. These children often feel alone or guilty. The goal is to allow the surviving twin to focus on their own needs and take up all their space. Free from guilt to take advantage of the rest of life.

Childbirth: basic knowledge of the mechanics of childbirth, and the effect on mother and child.
