hypnosis:

The hypnotic state is a natural state which, during a session, is induced to allow the person to go and meet his or her unconscious. Therapeutic hypnosis enables you to access your inner resources to find solutions to your difficulties, and helps to bring about positive change within yourself. Therapeutic hypnosis has nothing to do with "show" hypnosis: you remain in control of yourself, not asleep. Numerous studies have shown that hypnotic suggestion triggers neuronal responses, and the changes after a session can be truly significant and highly beneficial. Depending on the problem, the number of sessions may vary. As a certified hypnosis Master Practitioner, I can provide you with serious, professional support.
