Legal conflicts are usually based on communication. Dynamic connecting combines legal with constructive communication. The legal situation is discussed and the course of action is determined. This consists either in coaching the client for the dispute, moderation of the conversation, mediation between the parties or appropriate legal steps.

More and more people want to solve conflicts by means of Mediation rather than through the legal process: Mediation is a method in which the mediator listens to both (or more) sides and makes sure that the parties understand each other; all the issues to be resolved are collected and solutions are sought together, for which the mediator acts as a catalyst, so to speak. Mediation is suitable in divorce and separation situations, where a convention is worked out with the parties involved, in family matters in general (between parents and children, e.g. concerning maintenance; between siblings, e.g. concerning inheritance), in matters between the school and parents and children (support in difficult conversations), conflicts in school (between school administrators and teachers (employment law) or school boards), between administrative departments of municipalities, etc., etc., etc.

Also independent of legal context, young and old may be lining up in life and would like to clarify a difficult situation in a coaching.

Bullying is a serious problem: people are excluded, cut off from information or untruths are spread about them at work, school, club or other context. The person affected needs support both legally and personally.
