My life so far has presented me with numerous challenges, which I have only been able to overcome and master through mental strength. Eight years of martial arts, sometimes intensively, have laid the foundation for my current work. My current view of things is mainly based on this and is fundamentally based on Buddhism.

The past gave me an insight into the most different branches, also I had to do with people from the state of a clochard up to heads of state. Those of Togo and Tanzania I have experienced personally. Having traveled to many countries at a very young age - traveling is a passion of my mother and my family in itself - I was confronted with the problems prevailing on the ground.

It is a misconception to assume that things are better for us here. Our problems usually take place on a completely different level, but they are often no less tragic. I have set myself the task of eliminating suffering, immediately around me, so that generally the power is there to bring about a positive step also for the "far away".
