During this phase, many adolescents experience states that encompass the entire spectrum of human perception. It is often difficult for the parents and the teenagers to find a middle way. On the one hand, the possibility of professional support offers adolescents an external confidant, which has been proven to be an important resilience factor in surviving difficult situations well - on the other hand, it gives parents orientation about the ongoing development processes. I walk this path between trust and boundaries step by step with parents and adolescents - if possible - together.
