IP Coaching's teaching team is made up exclusively of experienced and qualified teachers. Working in close collaboration with parents, they will develop personalized programs to improve your children's performance.

Our team works on both knowledge and skills, enabling students not only to acquire the essential notions of the curricula, but also to develop good working methods and practices. We also work on student motivation and confidence, to help them rediscover the pleasure of learning, and above all, of succeeding.

Isabel Pérez ( Founder & Pedagogical Director ) :

A graduate of the Ecole Normale and the Haute École Pédagogique, Isabel Pérez began her teaching career in 2000. She then trained in school mediation, a role she has held since 2005, as well as in NLP. Empathetic and warm-hearted, her students find her supportive and feel that she is committed to helping them.

Her extensive knowledge of the Vaud school system, and of learning disorders and difficulties (DYS-, ADHD-, HPI- students) enables her to take a holistic approach when a child is failing to learn, and to support parents too. As a specialist, she is regularly called upon to answer questions from the press and media (http://www.ipcoaching.ch/2015/presse-medias/).

Ms. Pérez is the author of the book "Mon enfant réussit sa scolarité, Guide pour survivre à l'école, aux devoirs et aux difficultés d'apprentissage (démotivation, Dys-, TDA/H, HPI)" published by Editions Favre in August 2011, which can be ordered on the website
