**Personal Coach You don't have any training experience yet or you need support to bring your training to a new level?
K-Fit offers you a competent personal trainer in all areas and at every level for only 49CHF/h.
Your wishes and goals are discussed individually and a personal training or nutrition plan is created. You decide how often and in which interval a support should take place.

How do I proceed?

1. you have an active membership at K-Fit.
2. click here (https://k-fit.ch/de-CH/contact) and choose the topic you want to discuss.
3. tell us your goals and in which K-Fit fitness center you want to meet.
4. within 24h you will receive information for the further procedure.
