Karisma stands for the vital way. To promote well-being and health is my vocation. I use my practical experience in a targeted and flexible way. Healing is a process that starts with oneself. Acceptance and confrontation with oneself are the first steps to partial or complete recovery. With the best of my knowledge and conscience, I activate the body's own self-healing powers in the people who come to see me. This help for self-help in no way replaces a visit to the doctor, but should be seen as an accompanying measure. I do not make any diagnoses or promises of healing. Participation in all sessions is voluntary. Each participant is responsible for him/herself and his/her actions and also decides for him/herself which of the offered experiences and processes he/she will engage in. Liability for damage to property and health will not be accepted. The Karisma practice is located in St.Gallen.
