I founded LifeQuest to allow people to align and maintain mind, body and spirit with a natural and holistic approach, thereby allowing you to realize your best self and live your best possible life.

It is my personal belief that you are a unique being with a very specific purpose in life. I work with all dimensions of your existence: body, mind and spirit. In this way, I quickly and efficiently enable you to realize your unique potential and create your ideal life.

Since 2002 I have been working with a wide variety of people: CEOs and managers, artists, scientists, housewives, students and couples.

As part of my work, I support my clients in a variety of difficult situations. These range from straightforward career coaching and stress management to life crisis, relationship problems and psychosomatic complaints. In doing so, I am exceptionally flexible, empathic and intuitive. The development of each of my clients is a very personal concern of mine. If my clients wish, I am also happy to work with other coaches, psychologists and doctors.

What my clients have in common is that they are open, intelligent people. They want to develop themselves further and put a lot of effort into dealing with the challenges in their lives actively and in a positive way.

A second area besides personal work with individual clients are workshops and seminars I have been conducting for companies and universities since 2002. The topics range from communication to stress management. I have also led various coaching groups within and outside the university environment.
