  Mediation builds bridges between the conflicting parties.

  Arguing in court costs a lot of time, money and last but not least nerves! In addition, a court decision often does not bring the desired success, or it rather hardens the fronts even more. That is why more and more private persons, companies and authorities try to solve their conflicts via mediation.

  Achtung : Mediation is not psychosocial or other in the personality intervening form of therapy, but serves the ausgergerichtlich but often also the vorgerliche decision-making. For example, divorce conventions or separation agreements agreed upon in mediation are submitted to the court for approval.
