I work very mindfully with you. On the one hand we look at your outer world and your perception, your thoughts and evaluations, your emotions and their effect as well as your physical level and physical behavior. On the other hand, we explain the basic psychological needs of attention, safety/protection, belonging, freedom/anatomy and sense-making.

You will overcome blockages and gain self-confidence with my help. You will learn to say "no" and to distance yourself. You will be allowed to bring painful emotional states into healing, experience more lightness, joy of life and serenity. My focus is also on the reduction of stress as well as on the overcoming of inner and outer conflicts. As a result of your personality development, new perspectives and possibilities will open up for you in your private and professional life.

I use methods such as resource therapy according to Gordon Emmerson, constellation and share work (partly also in nature), awareness building, body orientation (body feedback), revealing hypnosis therapy, trauma therapy, meditation, Reiki life energy.
