For more than 20 years, Christine Schmidt (Swiss Federal Diploma Trainer & Coach) has been active in training and further education. For our clients we develop and implement individual training and coaching programs.
Our clients come from the pharmaceutical, industrial, SME and private sectors.
Our partners include Pharma Trainings Service, Dr. Bichlmeier Seminare, IPTh (Institute for Equine Assisted Therapy), FHNW (University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland), Aprentas Vocational School.
A promotion of knowledge, competences and development of potentials for individuals, teams and organizations are supported among others with the diagnostic instruments INSIGHTS MDI® and ASSESS by Scheelen®.

We receive further support from the Horse Academy Horse Feelings (founded in 2002 by Christine Schmidt) and the concept of our Human Horse Balance® brand. On request, Horse Feelings takes over the part of the horse-supported settings, the so-called "Horse Assisted Education", in the seminars and workshops. Our personality trainings using horse assisted interventions bring new self-perceptions and insights.

In the field of psychotherapy, we have been working closely with the Schützen Clinic in Rheinfelden since May 2015. Here we support burn out and depression patients with a special therapy, the so-called equine assisted psychotherapy.

Also the prevention - the work life balance is successfully carried out in workshops or individual settings.

Our quality management has the goal to guarantee the customer a high-quality and quality-conscious education and training. Christine Schmidt is responsible through her education and training (adult educator, coach and licensed trainer for humans & horses) and will meet this requirement with your qualified team.
