These effects are best seen in nature, i.e. in the forest, at the lake/river or similar. But they are just as valid for walks in a city. Even there you can find small islands of nature.

In COACHING 2 GO we use these effects - in addition to the classical coaching methods. While we walk together, I use special questioning techniques to stimulate self-reflection, question, show new perspectives, give impulses and thus support you in gaining more inner clarity and strength. With "walk-the-talk" words are to be followed by deeds, that is more than "walk n' talk" or WanderCoaching.

Depending on the topic, we also work with maps or adapted documents/tools. In the end, for the specific topic we worked on, you have a roadmap or plan to know what to do next. We can address the exact issues that you are currently facing. For complex issues or upon request, this can take place in premises.
