Course description:

In the Reiki Course Grade I you will learn about the ancient Japanese healing art and energy work, which was initiated in Japan at the beginning of the 20th century by Dr. Mikao Usui and helped it to gain worldwide importance. "Reiki" comes from Japanese and means "universal life energy." Reiki works through the hand, as the universal life energy (everything is vibration!) flows through our hands. Through the energy, physical and mental blockages are released, cleansing processes are set in motion, self-healing powers are triggered, and on the mind and emotions Reiki has a very calming effect. Reiki relieves stress, cleanses our main energy centers and brings back balance in body, soul and spirit.

Course participants learn and apply self-treatment, emergency treatment, and detailed direct treatment of others. Through the initiation, the channels for universal life energy, sensitivity and spirituality are opened. Reiki has a very gentle and balancing effect even on infants, small children and can be used on animals and even plants. Reiki can be applied and put into practice immediately after the course and the initiation.
