Painting therapy: Painting therapy can activate your pent-up energies so that they are available as life force in everyday life. You do not need any painting skills to do this. Painting and designing is about an inner process that shows itself on the outside. And this process has a healing effect on you as a person with "body, soul and spirit".

Talk therapy: Talk therapy can raise awareness for further steps and possibilities in your life process and build the foundations for a better quality of life.

Neutrakon Therapy: This combination of different techniques facilitates the dissolution of blockages on a spiritual, emotional, mental and physical level. With the help of this technique you can gain access to your subconscious mind. In a state of relaxation, issues from our past soul-lives that are blocking us in our present life can reveal themselves. Through my guidance and your assistance, these blockages can be transformed into new positive patterns of behavior.

Medial painting: In mediumistic painting, messages from the subtle levels are received in the form of images, colors and symbols and expressed through our mediumistic senses of perception on paper or canvas.

Group therapy: In the group I work with people who want to get involved in various life issues out of their own interest. Group evenings are held regularly every week and last two hours.

Grief counseling: Our life is a constant letting go, from very small things to very big things. People are often subject to change, especially when a new phase of life begins. Dying, as the last time of our lives, can often turn everything "upside down." Nothing is habitual or familiar anymore, because living towards death means gaining a whole new perspective on earthly things, parting with old things and treading unknown paths.
