Couples Therapy

We look - together from couple to couple - at gender differences and their different ways of expression to open mutually blocked doors.

Successful communication and the will to give your relationship a new direction are the keys to successful joint work.

Couple Mediation

Mediation is not a therapy procedure, but a method to look at open issues and points of conflict on a factual level and to work out solution options together. This is done together with an impartial and neutral third party (mediator) whose task it is to help the two parties achieve a living situation that both can envision.

Couples therapy is a good opportunity - regardless of the outcome - to illuminate the past, present and future in a joint process in order to find clarity for the way forward.

How we work

From couple to couple or in individual accompaniment

We are convinced that couple issues can be dealt with better or more efficiently in a team - i.e. from couple to couple - than in individual counseling. Women and men find their counterparts in our couple work, female and male perspectives are equally represented. Nevertheless, there are also tasks for which individual accompaniment is the more ideal way. We would be happy to discuss with you what is the ideal accompaniment for you personally.

We can offer you appointments from Monday to Friday all day, last appointment 16:30 hrs. and Saturday in the morning.
