After more than 25 years of professional experience in human resources and public administration, I'm becoming aware of my predispositions for listening, empathy, support and development of everyone's potential. 2018 marks an important turning point in my life. My encounter with PNL (neuro-linguistic programming) made me aware of my true values and prompted me to embark on personal development. This led me to confirm my passion for human relations and to clarify my professional life mission: to help and enable each and every one of us to come to terms with ourselves and our identity, to reveal the unique being that is present within us.

Today, as a specialist in solution-oriented brief therapy, coaching and hypnotherapy, I help adults and children to develop their own visions so that they can discover their own resources, enabling them to use their potential with success.

Experienced in coaching children with learning difficulties, I also help high-potential children and adults to manage their emotions.
