About me...

I am very interested in human health and its background, which from a holistic point of view is related to the balance between body, mind and soul. As well as how we control and influence our emotions with negative thoughts and the body finally makes us aware with complaints, pain or discomfort that something is not in balance.

I am very intensively involved with the valuable findings of neuroscience and quantum physics, as well as with the wisdom teachings of ancient cultures. Their knowledge means a considerable added value for each of us. It is therefore a great concern for me to integrate them into our everyday life.
