Individual consultations offer the advantage that I can respond individually to the present problem of the client and work specifically on the perception of the problems.

Working towards a problem does not mean that I can or will solve the problem, but rather that I support the client in his search for solutions in order to develop his own behavioral strategies.

If desired, the consultations can also be done at home.

First clarifications are free of charge, provided that a consultation can be arranged.

Sickness-related absences from the workplace.

Are employees repeatedly absent from work due to illness and you wonder why?

In this day and age, the problem of employees being on sick leave for longer and longer periods of time is becoming more and more prevalent. As an employer, the only option at the end is usually to terminate the contract, as these employees cause high costs.

This does not solve the problem of employee illness, but only exacerbates it by shifting the workload to the rest of the employees. After all, the company wants to cut costs in order to remain competitive.

And so a so-called snowball system is created and these employees often become ill in turn due to the pressure of this extra work. In the short term, this approach by the employer works. In the long term, however, this cannot be a solution.

There are ways to counteract this.

One solution can be to talk to the employees to find out why they get sick more than other employees.
