A solution-oriented approach My therapeutic procedures are solution- and change-oriented, not problem-focused.

After helping the client to clarify the problem or difficulty he or she wishes to change, we define what the client would like instead of his or her current problem.

What would his life be like if he had resolved his difficulty? What would be concretely different, better, more positive in his life? This allows us to clearly establish the objective of the therapy, which will be attuned to the client's unique needs, beliefs and values.
