I have been working in my own practice since 1999. I accompany people through difficult phases of life and inner growth processes. With the help of different mental and relaxation techniques such as autogenic training, hypnosis, symbol and ritual work according to Phyllis Krystal, psychosynthesis, Tierra Sol method and NLP, I lead my clients to their innermost center, to their inner wisdom, to their own power and potential, which wants to be lived and creatively expressed.

I have a wide variety of tools at my disposal for the psychological and spiritual accompaniment of my clients. I work very intuitively and use the appropriate methods individually, according to the client and his/her theme.

When accompanying people on their mental-spiritual path, it is of great concern to me that spirituality is not only experienced and understood in a detached way, but that it can be implemented in everyday life, in practical life. I am interested that every person, through the expansion of his own consciousness, discovers his own personal potential and is allowed to express it creatively.
