My specialities :

Throughout my career leading up to my qualification as a psychologist specializing in psychotherapy, I was keen to train in several therapeutic approaches from an integrative perspective. These include

• Cognitive and behavioral intervention methods
• Person-centered approach (Carl Rogers)
• Clarification-focused psychotherapy (Rainer Sachse)
• Emotion-centered psychotherapy (Leslie Greenberg)
• Mindfulness meditation

This enables me to offer you a personalized treatment tailored to your needs and issues. I work with adults (aged 18 and over) suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional difficulties, eating disorders, burn-out, crisis situations (bereavement, divorce, illness), post-traumatic stress and psychosomatic disorders.

Practical information :
