Paul Jenny is a psychologist and FSP psychotherapist based in Lausanne and Nyon. I work in private practice and offer individual, couple and family therapy. These are recognized by most complementary insurance companies. I will also be reimbursed by basic insurance from January 2017, as I will be working in collaboration with a doctor-psychiatrist.

As part of my curriculum recognized by the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP) - the Swiss body that recognizes the training of psychologists, which requires basic university education, post-graduate training and regular continuing education - I trained in systemic psychotherapy, and am particularly fond of so-called brief therapies. I also practice Ericksonian hypnosis and coaching, which I can use in the sessions I offer.

I invite you, through my caring approach, to activate your evolutionary potential and use your resources to face any situation requiring adaptation or change, or to achieve a personal goal. The sessions enable you to develop a relational attunement, a central aspect in helping you to better understand your situation, develop empathy, and help you to identify your problem in a different way so as to overcome it more easily. You are the main actor, because you alone hold the key to change. As a professional, my role is to help you find it, through attentive listening, targeted questioning, feedback and observation.
