**My method

Consider each patient as a whole, as part of a holistic approach. Naturopathy, or traditional European medicine, encompasses most of the techniques of complementary medicine, combined to support, maintain and restore health on a daily basis or in the event of acute or chronic illness.

It also helps to combat health problems by regulating the body's natural resources, integrating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects.

My training to qualify as a naturopath, which includes a solid grounding in academic medicine, enables me to offer personalized care that takes into account each individual's medical background and specific needs.

In my practice, it's vital for me to enable everyone to understand. Understanding how the human body works enables us to understand our own functioning, and to identify which factors are beneficial, which are not, and which we believe to be beneficial. Understanding also means learning to listen to ourselves, to make the link between our body and our mind.
