EXPERTraining (Zürich)

Our partners are: Private individuals (also management positions), social centers, RAV and IV.

We are specialized in the field of work integration (and related issues) of young people, young adults, single parents, people in the age groups 50+ and 59+ . Of course, we are also open to all other people who meet our requirements.

Requirements:

• Motivation and positive attitude
• Working capacity of at least 40% (except in case of work attempt after burnout and IV, at least 20% per week)
• No addiction, especially alcohol or drug addiction
• German language skills at least level B1 (for exchange)
• Work permit
• Regulated custody

Work programs and partial wage - jobs for integration / reintegration also after burnout, family leave etc. we offer with us.

Coachings and trainings can take place centrally in Zurich (near main station), in Oerlikon or especially for persons in leading positions, also locally.

In the area of maintaining physical health, we offer communication and exercise in and around Zurich in various languages (mainly German and English), as well as sports activities, which are either free of charge or for a small fee. The offer is constantly being expanded. A pre-registration with us is necessary in order to be able to adapt the protection concepts as well as organizational measures.
