My appreciation of people is the basis for their (re)discovery of sources of strength and abilities in dealing with life's challenges. Systemic work is all-participatory in the broadest sense, in that it does not know what is right or good for the individual. I give impulses to rethink perception, ways of thinking, values and concrete actions and to try out new things.

Therapy / Consulting / Coaching:

• The reason for therapy or counseling are usually crises; be it in the relationship or family, at work or school, or even health that becomes apparent. Sometimes the time is simply ripe to deal with central life questions in more detail, especially when questions of meaning arise.

• Children, young people, couples and families are addressed.

• I use methods from systems, trauma and hypnotherapy in consultation with you, according to your goals and resources. They reflect my many years of training and my broad experience.

Supervision:

• The reason for supervision can be your need for regular reflection on your therapeutic work. In addition to case supervision, you and the interaction with the professional context - be it with the school, the clinic, the community of practice, etc. - can also be the subject of supervision. Your physical, psychological and mental health is fundamental, also for effective therapeutic work. Maintaining this - in addition to good patient and client work - is always the focus of effective supervision!

• Individuals, groups and teams are addressed.

• The core methods of systemic supervision enable an expansion of the possibilities for action, thinking and experience. I use different methods and tools in consultation with you to support the process effectively.
