In raising a child, parents and single parents often encounter challenges in everyday life that overwhelm and unsettle them. Parents reach their limits in educational questions and cannot find a solution within the family?

My service revolves around outreach (at your home) educational counseling, combined with professional optional coaching on the educational level. The counseling and coaching are individually tailored to your needs/desires for change and include intensive support within the process. Educational strategies, as well as educational optimizations, are developed together individually and the connections are worked out in the discussion. The goal is to strengthen the parent-child relationship and to eliminate any disharmony in the family. Educational counseling and coaching are to be seen as professional reflection aids with the goal of building up personal and social competencies.

After an ADHD diagnosis of your child, by a specialized doctor, I offer you a specific and individual educational counseling. Ideally, this is done in parallel with the medical care. In the consultation, dealing with this behavioral disorder is made easier for the parents and the child, and understanding is broadened. Everyday life with ADHD is emotionally relieved and harmonized.

Another service is mediation to resolve existing conflicts in the family. The prerequisite for this is that all family members can communicate (articulate) linguistically. Problems are addressed and, with the help of the mediator, approaches to solutions are agreed upon and goals are set.

In addition, the offer of counseling includes baby care and feeding. Starting with body care and recognizing the baby's needs, to healthy and age-appropriate meal preparation.

The first contact and the personal meeting I offer you free of charge. The subsequent consultation and coaching will be charged according to time and effort. I offer my services in the canton of Zurich, visits in neighboring cantons are possible on request.
