We are all continuously on the journey through our own lives and on the journey within and to ourselves. In yoga, as well as in coaching, we take with us the same values that one might attribute to a journey to a new country: Curiosity, inspiration, authenticity and a lot of joy in life.

"Embracing change confidently and making decisions courageously and wholeheartedly is the essence of my coaching. We all have an inner potential just waiting to be fully unleashed to achieve what we really want in life."

First and foremost, Nadine is committed to meeting all people with an open mind and without prejudice, picking them up from where they are in life. Supporting them to start the journey to themselves and not neglecting the fun of the moment. As a studied actress, communication scientist and psychological counselor and also as a fitness trainer and yoga teacher, Nadine has gained experience as a coach and team leader and has learned what it means to motivate other people, to lead, to connect body and mind and to bring them forward.

She creates GROW & FLOW retreats, which are about feeling yourself as a participant more finely again, connecting the body with the thoughts - her retreats are also influenced by her education and work as an actress, communication manager and fitness trainer, where she learned to motivate, lead and inspire other people to grow.

"Yoga to me is about the capacity for change and mindfulness in each of us - the more we look within and know our bodies, the more we can meet our lives in the here and now."

Her motivation: she knows that everyone has a great power within them, sometimes waiting to be used to live the life they individually envision.
