Profile of Gaby Lederer-Ganse - coaching - facilitation - training In mid-2009 I started my own business in the areas of coaching, facilitation and training, with a clear focus on human resources development. In doing so, I draw on my years of experience in leading positions in the pharmaceutical industry in the areas of communication and human resources, count on my experience as a leader of international, multicultural teams and build on my personal experiences.

As an independent entrepreneur, I feel privileged to now be able to focus on the areas of work that are close to my heart, where I can live and contribute my strengths, and where my experience allows me to create added value and have a direct impact: I support individuals, groups or teams in their development and in changes in the professional environment, so that efficient, satisfying and satisfied work not only remains desirable, but becomes commonplace.

Coaching I advise individuals and groups in change processes in their professional life, integrating the interactions with other areas of life. In doing so, I work in a solution- and goal-oriented way. I work with different intervention techniques (e.g. solution focus, question technique, homework), coaching models (e.g. Milwaukee, Palo Alto, Aarau model) and use appropriate management assessment tools.

Mediation In difficult situations and conflicts, I work out viable ways to find solutions with those involved.

Facilitation I design, plan, organize and facilitate meetings or workshops, leading groups to results through a structured process tailored to their needs.

Training I develop tailor-made measures and accompany their implementation, offer trainings with a view to sustainable behavioral changes.

Assessments In my active HR time, I have developed, implemented and conducted assessment centers to assess the potential of employees and to steer their development in the right direction. In doing so, I have worked with global providers.

I am certified to analyze various assessments, to work out the results with the participants and to advise and coach them.

All services are offered in German and English.

**Coaching I work with individuals and groups during periods of change inherent in professional life. At the same time I seek to effectively integrate the natural interdependencies of work and private life.
My mode of work is result- and goal-oriented.

I use a variety of intervention techniques, (focus on solution, questioning, homework), coaching models (Milwaukee, Palo Alto, Aarau Model) and make use of various management-assessment tools.

**Mediation In difficult or conflict situations I am developing - together with the parties involved - practicable ways to come to a solution.

FacilitationI design, plan, organize and facilitate meetings and workshops. I lead these groups through validated, structured processes to achieve desired results.

**Training I design and lead tailored trainings, focusing on long-term, sustainable behavioral changes.

Assessments In my time as HR Executive, I was instrumental in developing, implementing and executing Assessment Centers to evaluate the potential of employees and to steer their development in the right direction. In doing this I have worked with global service providers and agencies.
I am certified to analyze various assessment tools, to brief the participants and work together with them on development activities.
