Dr. Robert Heusser is an internist, family doctor and psychotherapist. The practice is organized in such a way that in the morning mainly the somatic examinations take place (clinical examination, laboratory, ECG, lung function) with the help of an experienced nurse and in the afternoon the psychotherapeutic treatments. The offer is therefore as follows:

1. family medicine with Clarification, treatment and monitoring of all acute and chronic symptoms and diseases that belong in the care of the family doctor, home visits; Consultation of health issues, dietary problems, insurance issues; Travel advice (regarding health) and vaccinations; Interest in the patient's lifestyle and inner experience;
2. psychotherapies: Treats neurotic and psychosomatic disorders, depression, anxiety and panic states, phobias; self-harming behaviors such as addictive behaviors, eating disorders, social withdrawal, loneliness, victimization (bullying), burnout; performance disorders, sleep disorders; relationship disorders; couple and marital conflicts, sexual disorders.

Dr. Heusser is trained in depth psychology, especially in analytical short-term therapy; he tries to make the patient's fears and obstacles tangible and visible and to reduce them, so that the patient's own regulating feelings and powers become accessible again and help to improve the relationship to oneself and to others (this as an ultra-short version of what can happen in psychotherapy).
