At the Löwenstrasse Medical Center, we specialize in the treatment of mental health problems.

Our offer differs from conventional forms of therapy by the interdisciplinary therapeutic form of treatment. Here we work closely with physicians, clinical psychologists, co-therapists, sports therapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists.

We work according to cognitive-behavioral therapy concepts. These concepts include a person's behavior, thoughts (cognitions), feelings, physical reactions, and actions. These elements are seen as interdependent factors.

Due to the time-limited 8-week therapy approach in day hospital intensive therapy, our treatment program here follows the principles of short-term therapy. Consequently, we concentrate on possibilities of concrete problem solving.

Our therapies are based on current scientific findings. For quality assurance, the course of treatment is accompanied by computer-assisted measurements.

The costs of treatment are usually covered by all Swiss health insurance companies within the framework of basic insurance.
