Founded on January 5, 1970, Ofisa is a fiduciary and consulting company with strong roots in French-speaking Switzerland. For reasons of proximity to customers, its forty or so employees are based in Lausanne. Ofisa also has offices in Geneva and Sion. As a member of the Swiss Chamber of Certified Accountants and Tax Consultants and of AGN International, Ofisa offers its customers a high level of service and support, in line with the most demanding rules of the profession.

Its activities are divided into four sectors:

• Tax
• Legal
• Fiduciary management

Ofisa is a public limited company whose share capital of CHF 1 million is wholly owned by the members of the Board of Directors and key employees. This guarantees the company's continuity and complete independence.
