After studying occupational psychology in Switzerland and Spain, I worked for almost ten years in human resources. I was thus able to experience the difficulties associated with the world of work in various sectors such as banking, high technology and the public sector. Wishing to get closer to the issues at an individual level, I began training in CBT psychotherapy and worked as an assistant psychologist in various public and private institutions. In the course of my years of experience, I have worked with people with relational, mood or anxiety disorders, as well as with individuals seeking support in a variety of areas. I also have a particular interest in trauma and identity-related issues (sexuality and trans-identity). To complement my CBT practice, I have trained in various therapeutic approaches such as clarification-focused therapy, EMDR and dialectical behavior therapy. My ambition is to continue acquiring the skills I need to help my patients achieve their goals.
