After many years of working in the field of social education, my path led me more and more to think more holistically. I dedicated myself to the education of my three children and occupied myself with healthy nutrition, medicinal plants and meditation. More and more I realized that people who have it more difficult in life, often look for the reasons in the outside. This is not quite the case.

Unfortunately, we have forgotten what it means to love ourselves, to heal ourselves, to do good for ourselves, so that we feel better.

So my path through naturopathy, cranio-sacral therapy, massages, Bach flowers, hypnotherapy, SHT self-healing technique taught me to recognize how body, mind and soul are related.

Most of the time the body or the emotional state gives us exact instructions how it stands around our world of thoughts and our soul well-being!
