In a comfortable environment I accompany you as a dipl. zert. Hypnotherapist, I will guide you into your inner space, so that you can rediscover and recognize your power and your possibilities.

Often we see more clearly than we think. Therefore, I offer you the possibility during or immediately after the hypnosis session to put your experiences and insights on paper in the form of a picture. This can be stick figures, which show you an experienced situation or your desired situation again and again. Or it can be a picture of colors and shapes that represents the perception from your subconscious.

You let come into being what is right and good for you! You can also get a small picture drawn by me, which can help you as a motivation, as a symbol, again and again. In my hypnosis sessions, space should arise, what should arise should arise. What you need and what makes you happy should arise. And if nothing arises, then that is exactly right. Then you find the stillness within you, the peaceful, silent space within you.
