About Us

As an innkeeper, telegrapher, receptionist and mother of two children, I sought a career change at the age of almost 40 and trained as a certified movement and health therapist. The focus of these trainings was on back, pelvic floor, fascia and Pilates trainings but also on meridian teachings and energetic healing.

In 2005 I was allowed to start my own practice for natural life energy, health and well-being and since then I can pass on my knowledge.

To date, I have also received further training in massage techniques and the transformational teachings of Robert Betz. The latter opened my consciousness about the connections from the unconscious child - to the life I led - to the conscious adult today. So I am a content and happy person who is grateful for all his ups and downs.
