My more than 30 years of experience in psychotherapeutic work, combined with constant further training, enables me to accompany and treat psychological suffering of all kinds. My psychotherapeutic starting point is person-centered conversational psychotherapy according to Carl. R. Rogers. As needed, I also integrate elements from psychotraumatology, hypno- and behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques and imaginative methods. My consultations are characterized by an appreciative and empathic atmosphere, in the context of which I define the current stress and determine the path of therapeutic work in collaboration with the person seeking help.
